So my new years resolution was the 6 point plan.
I'm doing not bad. Need to make a more conscious effort to do teh thing i don't want to do and the physical exercise.
also one thing i want to change is my diet. It sucks- usually no lunch- often bad supper and lots of crappy snacks. I often feel sluggisj during the day and i think it may be a combination of Bad diet and little exercise.
I'm going to have to make a conscious effort to eat better, less chips and chocolate and more carrots and celery.
